Terms and Conditions for VektaVPN

Welcome to VektaVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VektaVPN website, applications, and network services (collectively, the "Service").

VektaVPN is operated by VektaVPN Ltd. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VektaVPN.

By accessing or using VektaVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

The Service provides network routing and IP infrastructure that allows users to publish and distribute social content into the US market while preserving organic reach and avoiding distribution penalties associated with conventional VPN services.

VektaVPN is not a consumer privacy VPN. It is a business infrastructure product designed for content distribution and growth operations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VektaVPN.

By using the Service, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are using the Service for professional or business purposes
You have the authority to enter into this agreement

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:
Full name
Email address
Company or project name
Billing information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. IP Address Allocation and Capacity

VektaVPN operates on a limited pool of US IPv4 addresses. IPv4 addresses are a finite global resource and availability is constrained worldwide.

To preserve platform trust signals and delivery quality, VektaVPN does not oversubscribe IP ranges. When capacity is full, new registrations may be paused until additional infrastructure is deployed.

VektaVPN makes no guarantee of permanent IP availability and reserves the right to rotate, reassign, or rebalance IP addresses as required for network stability, abuse prevention, or scaling.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Bypass platform safeguards in a way that violates platform terms
Distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content
Engage in abuse, harassment, or impersonation
Operate bot farms or automated engagement systems
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
Resell or sublicense access without written permission

You are responsible for ensuring your use of VektaVPN complies with the terms of TikTok, Instagram, Meta, ByteDance, and any other platforms you publish on.

VektaVPN does not guarantee platform approval, account safety, or immunity from enforcement actions by third-party platforms.

6. No Platform Affiliation

VektaVPN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, ByteDance, or any social media platform.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to the Service requires an active subscription.

Billing is handled by third-party payment processors. VektaVPN does not store your payment card details.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of IP infrastructure provisioning and capacity allocation, all payments are non-refundable once service has been activated.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge.

VektaVPN reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

9. Service Availability

VektaVPN aims to maintain high uptime and reliability. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific performance metrics, or compatibility with all devices or platforms.

We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency security reasons.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
Attempt to compromise network integrity
Use the Service in a way that threatens infrastructure stability

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your billing period.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, infrastructure, systems, branding, and documentation are the property of VektaVPN.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VektaVPN shall not be liable for:

Lost revenue or profits
Account bans or platform enforcement
Business interruption
Data loss
Reputation damage

You use the Service at your own risk. VektaVPN makes no guarantees regarding platform reach, distribution performance, or algorithm behavior.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VektaVPN from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VektaVPN is incorporated.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
